Description:
Must be interested in the advertising and direct marketing industry. Job requires someone who is a self-starter - motivated, detail-oriented, organized, capable of working independently and in a team environment, able to handle multiple tasks, and learn new things quickly.
This is a demanding position and specific responsibilities will develop as needed. General areas of responsibility include vendor management, client communication, media analysis, generating weekly/quarterly reports, daily office tasks, and a variety of other office functions. Likely to include some involvement helping to manage projects. Occasional assistance on production shoots and light travel possible.
While we are a small company, there is opportunity for responsibilities to increase to meet your interests and skills.
Experience:
Advertising experience or training required. 1-5 years direct marketing or advertising/marketing agency experience preferred; knowledge or experience with media buying, telemarketing, or fulfillment management a plus; related college training and Mac experience a plus.
Must have must have strong computer skills including MS Office, specifically with Excel, and have strong oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, or web experience a plus.
Must have permanent right to work in the US.
