Specific Job Responsibilities:
Generate client media schedules--Responsible for purchasing through coordinating creative delivery.
Manage ad sales--For annual publication
Develop internal briefs and press releases
Proofreading
Coordinate vendor assignments
Administrative Duties:
Manage calendars and schedules
Perform clerical duties such as filing, printing, ordering supplies
Perform reception duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, running errands
Position Requirements:
The position requires excellent written and oral communication skills (both face-to-face and via telephone), an exceptionally high degree of attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability. Hardworking and resourceful individual with strong work ethic is highly sought. Strong computer skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Typing proficiency a must. Must have the ability to work well either alone or as part of a team and maintain confidentiality. Ability to properly track, document, and communicate problems, resolutions, and action items to management. This position requires at least three (3) years experience in general office responsibilities and procedures. Any experience with Adobe Creative Suite or advertising sales or placement would be beneficial.
We are a busy office but know that having a life outside of work is important, so our hours are 8:30-5pm
