Position Account Executive:

meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;

working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget;

presenting, alongside agency colleagues - particularly the account manager, the campaign ideas and budget to the client;

working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies;

liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;

negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;

presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;

handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients;

writing client reports:

monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;

undertaking administration tasks;

arranging and attending meetings;

making 'pitches', along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency.

Education:

Bachelors degree required

Work Experience:

0-3 years. Graduates encouraged to reply

Position Marketing Manager:

Creating and delivering a marketing strategy by:

i{section} Developing marketing content and collateral providing consistent voice and aesthetic for its clients

i{section} Overseeing production of marketing materials

i{section} Preparing submissions to competition entries

i{section} Maintaining content on website ensuring website contains up to date and relevant information

i{section} Building brand awareness and strengthen overall visibility

Creating and delivering a public relations strategy by:

i{section} Creating and maintaining database and network of media,

i{section} Managing media relationships

i{section} Briefing media on background of projects

i{section} Placing appropriate stories in media

i{section} Preparing press releases upon completion of projects

i{section} Managing relationships with Clients' PR Consultants and work together to promote projects

QUALIFICATIONS

An understanding of the design marketing industry

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate relationships with individuals at different levels.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Photoshop, InDesign

Ability to coordinate and work with staff in various departments

Position Graphic Designer:

-Brainstorming and mocking up design ideas

-Presenting ideas to clients

- Meeting with clients and adjusting designs to fit their needs or taste

-Projecting budgets and schedules

-Using computer software to execute designs

-Working with others, such as printers, programmers, developers or other technicians, to complete the final product
