Your Role:

Our online marketing Advertising Assistant must instinctively and personally embrace our core values of teamwork, personal and professional accountability, respect for self and others, and the concept of performance-based reward. Candidates must possess these values and be detail oriented and skilled in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word Perfect and should demonstrate a general understanding of the internet, Google and other search engines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of social media including Facebook and Twitter.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with our Marketing Manager and Creative Team.

Analyze advertising report data.

Evaluate ad copy tests for new campaigns.

Implement changes to advertising campaigns as needed.

Learn and utilize our internal tracking software.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience in Online Marketing Advertising.

Strong understanding of social media including Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Reliable and punctual is a must.

Have a good understanding of analytics and the basics of statistical literacy.

Strong computer skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
