Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
The Advertising Communication Designer will lead the charge on developing impactful sales collateral that not only meets the needs of our internal stakeholders, but most importantly, connects with the needs of our target customers to drive results. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in developing Marketing collateral for sales enablement initiatives and a proven track-record of success. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand and solve for design challenges Be an advocate for emerging technologies and have the ability to align the most effective platforms (sell sheets, brochures, iPad, video, etc.) with communication messages Develop design solutions from the point concept to completion Manage multiple projects at once and have the ability to work under tight deadlines Develop presentations combining images, video, audio and animation for Delivery in print or electronically via CD, email and web Design print collateral including media kits, flyers, brochures etc., utilizing a solid understanding of prepress Production and 4-color process printing Produce interactive multimedia material for Distribution via the web using Macromedia Flash animation and/or Interactive PDFs including programming knowledge of autoplay, cross-platform CDs Author and produce DVDs with an in-depth understanding of video Production techniques including audio and video compression and optimization utilizing compression codes. Design, develop and Architect websites using Flash, Dreamweaver, HTML and CSS incorporating web site optimization and search engine placement. Qualifications Bachelor s degree required. Marketing preferred. Minimum of five years plus experience in a Marketing/interactive/ad agency is required. Previous Project Management experience is a must. Excellent design, Writing and communication skills. Excellent people skills, from ideation to completion are required. Experience disseminating complicated content and statistics and creatively implementing them into an easy to read, brand appropriate format.
