ADVERTISING SALES ASSOCIATE/ POSITION SUMMARY

Monktree Productions Inc is a well-established Asian American entertainment company offering a wide range of media content productions and post-production services. Monktree Productions Inc has its principal office in San Gabriel, CA.

The purpose of this Advertising Sales Associate position is to maximize TV advertising revenue for Monktree Productions Inc. This is a position where the individual will handle all facets of the sales process and negotiations. Candidates must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of media negotiations, a successful track record, and a strong background in business development. Strong communications, time management and organizational skills required. Position is available immediately.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

* Perform sales tasks in accordance with established Company policies.

* Follow-up on new business inquiries and service existing accounts.

* Develop, sell and close new accounts.

* Analyze and review sales development progress with the Company.

* Demonstrate good communication skills and attention to follow-through.

* Must be a self-motivated individual with decision-making skills.

* Builds an effective consultative relationship with clients during the sales process.

* Meet with prospective clients in person to assess their advertising needs.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS

* Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

* Must be 18 years or older

* Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, but it is not required.
