AP/AR Coordinator -- Digital Advertising Agency

U.S. Interactive Media (formerly enCircle Media), a leading interactive marketing company, is hiring an AP/AR Coordinator for our Irvine, CA office. U.S. Interactive Media delivers innovative online marketing solutions that tackle the challenges faced by businesses in today's changing economy.

Duties:

Posting A/P & A/R in accounting system

Resolve Invoice Discrepancies

Reconcile Accounts

Ad-Hoc Reports

Maintain Vendor and Client Files

Required Skills

Proficient in QuickBooks

Comparable work experience

Strong customer service orientations and ability to collaborate

Ability to work with various functional areas and all levels of the organization

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and to proactively problem solve with little direction

Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite

Education:

Bachelor's Degree

Experience 2-3 years
