Looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who can also take on some office management responsibilities for this innovative Advertising Agency. Looking for someone who is very flexible, capable, smart and confident! Company is growing very fast and is full of extremely intelligent entrepreneurs.
Must have 3-5 years experience supporting high level l (i.e.- CEO, VP, President) in a corporate (preferably creative) environment. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with an interest in advertising looking to for a fantastic experience in a fun environment. Looking for strong skill sets and a friendly, approachable, can-do attitude!
Hours: 9am - 6pm with flexability for OT
Salary: 50- 65K (depending on experience.)
