We are a rapidly growing advertising company with over 200 employees in several locations across Oregon and California, and representing over 20,000 clients nation-wide. We have grown by over 75% in the last 24 months and plan to expand further in the 2nd quarter of 2012.

Our sales facility, located in Beaverton OR, is seeking an experience administrative/executive assistant to head front desk reception and administrative duties. Our location is comprised of over 45 staff members including 2 managers, and our company's Chief Operating Officer.

Daily Duties Will Include:

Staffing/Recruiting

Facilities upkeep

Reception

Administrative support to on-site staff

Assisting management with reporting and miscellaneous daily tasks

Assisting C-level management team with ongoing "high priority" projects and tasks

Previous experience as an Executive/Administrative assistant or receptionist is required.
