We are the only Full-Service Hispanic Advertising Agency in Boston. Our office is located in the cool and centric Back Bay area.

The Account Supervisor's primary role is to manage the development and delivery of advertising and promotional services. To manage client expectations using exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and effective leadership skills. The Supervisor must balance multiple tasks while effectively directing cross-functional Agency teams. He/she must actively lead the communication of ideas, projects and Agency points of view as well as actively contribute to growing the Client's business.

Requirements:

5+ years of Agency experience

Experience in the U.S. Hispanic market

Fully bilingual English/Spanish (speak, read, write)

Prior experience working on QSR industry a plus

Experience leading the development of annual plans

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills mandatory

Ability to manage, interact and foster positive relationships within all levels of the organization

Strong leadership skills and team oriented
