We're looking for Social Networkers, Designers, Marketing/Advertising, Editorial, Administrative INTERNS.

About Us, Good Solutions Group (GSG):

We're a company of Marketing Professionals with a passion for the outdoors. We have taken years of marketing experience and are using these skills to help parks. . .state parks specifically. We work closely with over 20 state parks systems all across the US creating partnerships with companies from the private sector. These partnerships help parks in a variety of ways. . . free state park maps, new interpretive signage, in-park sampling, retail cause marketing programs and more! We've also recently launched a huge new website for park visitors and are expanding our digital offerings. Bottom line is we are super busy with a lot of exciting things going on and are looking to expand our team. We love what we do, and have a lot of fun doing it. Guaranteed you will too!

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for Interns in Social Networking, Design, Marketing/Advertising, Editorial, and Administration. You're coming to learn, so there's no pay for now. But we do hire from within, and would love to see you become an invaluable part of the team. We're a Mac house (but PCers are welcome!).

Social Networkers, Marketing, Advertising, Editorial, Admin Interns need to be familiar with Mac: Outlook, Word + Excel + PowerPoint. Pages + Numbers + Keynote + iMovie a plus. You'll need to have strong research skills, and excellent note taking. Adobe Suite experience is a plus! Social Networkers -- familiarity in all platforms, Mac & PC.

Designers -- Working knowledge of CS5 preferred as that is what we are using in house. Basic coding experience will expand the scope of the projects you will help with.

Some college is preferred, students are welcome.

About You:

You want to make a difference. You work well on your own AND you thrive in a collaborative environment. You don't mind digging in to the down and dirty day-to-day tasks, but will soar with the fun stuff when given the chance. You have no excuses about why you can't do something -- but some new ideas of how you can - you're an outside-of-the-box kind of thinker. You're passionate about what you do, and have fun doing it. You want to learn, and add your voice to what's going on. You have reliable equipment, reliable transportation, and can get yourself to Pasadena regularly. There may be occasions where you can work from home too. But availability and consistency is key!

What We Need From You:

We require a minimum commitment of 3 days a week for 6 months. We want everyone to benefit from this relationship and to get the most out of it you are going to need to become a part of the team. We are going to spend time training you and helping you become a productive member of our team and having you here on a regular basis will help you integrate into our team.

As term schedules allow, we'd love to connect with your school to get you credit for your work with us. If you have any information that could help get you credit, send it along!
