Exacta Media, Inc., a full service Advertising Agency specializing in Traditional, Digital and Emerging Media, currently has an entry-level opening for a Jr. Advertising Coordinator.
The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated, intelligent, and have a positive outlook on their career goals, along with the ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, problem solve, and consistently meet deadlines
Day to day objectives include:
General support for the traditional media team
Provide market research in support of new initiatives and overall strategy
Track metrics and generate post-analysis reports
Work with media reps, in multiple DMA's, on the day to day management of TV, Print and Radio campaigns
Produce and confirm all media insertion orders
Monitor campaigns to verify accuracy and results
Reconcile and verify month end invoices
Assist with daily tasks as they present themselves
The Requirements:
Minimum of a BA or BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 1 year applicable experience
Capable of meeting deadlines and addressing challenges head-on
Track record of problem-solving skills and good time management
Excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
Strong customer service skills
Individual must be organized and self-motivated
Must be highly proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
