NRT is seeking Listing & Advertising Coordinator to work at our Petaluma branch office. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has an immediate need for a full-time Listing & Advertising Coordinator to support Petaluma office. This position sits at the front desk and answers the main switchboard and greets clients. Job responsibilities also include assisting sales associates with administrative needs, entering listings into the MLS, coordination of the online, newspaper and magazine ads, manipulating and uploading digital photos, tracking pertinent data, record keeping, data entry and other administrative duties as assigned. This position requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail and general computer skills. Familiarity with the use of general office equipment such as email, fax, scanners, copiers, printers and phones required.
Basic Skills/Qualifications:
Requirements include: HS diploma or equivalent, prior Real Estate office experience desirable, prior marketing and/or advertising experience desirable, minimum of one year experience demonstrating accurate data entry, minimum of one year experience utilizing MS Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet (experience utilizing Power Point and Publisher preferred but not required), minimum one year general administrative experience, desire to promote Best Practices, ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate various assignments while maintaining poise and excellent customer service, ability to be proactive and work independently, strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
