New York - based luxury film and advertising label looking for talented freelance developer to collaborate on digital projects across several platforms. Note: Candidates must be New York based and able to commute to occasional meetings and presentations.
Job Description
The Developer candidate should be able to code websites and applications from PSD and/or INDD files and then transform psd/INDD to applicable coding language. The ideal candidate will have a familiarity to design with attention to layout, type and other design related details. These projects are for luxury/high end clients with attention to design and Art Direction.
Special consideration is given to candidates with knowledge and experience in building custom video platforms for high end, luxury clients and projects.
Knowledge Requirements
Web Related
*Javascript/HTML5/CSS, iOS SDK, Git, Linux/Mac OS and PHP.
Software Knowledge
*Photoshop, Indesign
Other Needs
*Ability to hit deadlines accurately and occasionally collaborate on development strategy.
*The preferred candidate will have a flexible schedule and work on project salary basis which include competitive industry rates.
