Job Description:
iostudio is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a talented and experienced Media Planner/Buyer to develop media buying strategies, predominantly in the digital space, but will include broadcast, print, outdoor and event marketing. The media planner must be meticulous in their research and able to negotiate with media properties for the best cost and the most effective media buys.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and plan media campaigns including CPM, CPC and CPA media placements, search engine marketing, mobile, display, social and rich media.
Plan interactive media strategy in parallel path with traditional media and be well versed in the rapid change in new media options.
Create client-facing strategic presentations of media plans and present plans to clients.
Develop and maintain key client relationships.
Analyze online media buys to meet our volume, CPA and ROI goals.
Execute, analyze and optimize online acquisition campaigns.
Utilize available interactive media planning tools to develop interactive media plans, and be knowledgeable of programs and software that ensure the latest technology in media planning.
Provide strategic direction as well as identify trends in all new media opportunities for management, media planners and clients.
Negotiate with interactive and offline media vendors.
Define and coordinate the technical, legal, tracking and creative requirements with various departments to bring a campaign to execution.
Develop testing programs to evaluate relative performance of creative, placement, daypart and list variables.cra
Develop POVs (points of view) as needed based on client and planning team requests.
Administer monthly media plan.
Leverage existing network and build client-specific network with media vendors and be knowledgeable of added value opportunities, special media offers and placement opportunities.
Exhibit proven ability to lead and mentor staff, and evaluate the performance of staff members.
Prepare and present results and insights that are tied to objectives at the culmination of projects, programs or campaigns.
Act as a leader within iostudio, working effectively with your team co-leaders to maximize the talents of your staff members.
Participate in new business activities as assigned.
Represent iostudio in a professional manner with all client leadership, vendors and staff.
Travel up to 30 percent.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of four years of professional media planning and buying experience.
Ability to pass a thorough background check as per the iostudio handbook guidelines
Bachelor's degree.
Working knowledge of how to integrate media research into the planning process.
Strength in communicating with multiple departments, vendors and clients; dynamic presentation skills.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Deep working knowledge of third-party ad servers/reporting functions.
Deep working knowledge of third-party ad measurement and traffic tools.
Self-motivation, with a strong sense of urgency.
