Mobile Advertising -- Ad Operations
Job Description:
TapIt! Is looking for a Media Buyer who will be responsible for optimizing various online campaigns using multiple online traffic sources. This indivdual will identify written agreements with cost effective, scalable and targeted sources of media that can provide qualified and profitable traffic. The buyer will acquire inventory for banners, display, and other direct response inventory, while ensuring that online campaigns maintain the minimum acceptable ROI metrics/goals.

Responsibilities:

Operational setup of each campaign

Maintenance and follow up of designated campaigns

Create reports ready to be read by analytical team

Identifying discrepancies, problem solving and troubleshooting

Maintain ongoing rapport with the campaign manager and understanding of the campaign metrics

A/B testing for both creative and landing pages

Requirements:

Proficient in Excel and MS Word

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects

Self starter with a strong work ethic and great time management skills

Communication, follow through, attention to detail, and problem solving skills are a must.

Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary

Be able to grasp concepts quickly and produce results

Enjoy the fun atmosphere of the office and its employees

Bonus Points For:

Understanding of PHP or HTML

Previous experience in Direct Response Marketing

Understanding of how tracking pixels work

Degree in business, economics, computer science, statistics or a scientific field requiring the ability to construct structured tests and analyze results

Compensation: starting pay 32k base plus quarterly bonus, with room for advancement.
