Los Angeles Advertising Agency is looking for a Project Based Recruiter with at least 3-5 years of experience to perform recruitment for various positions available within the agency such as: Production, Account Management, Copy, Art Direction, Studio Artists and Programming.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye and insight for talent as well as experience in the review of portfolios/resumes. A great understanding of the relationship and interworking of the various disciplines within the agency is key requirement for the role.
Responsibilities:
*Responsible for identifying potential candidates
*Partner with hiring managers to assure consistency with business goals, filling positions in a timely manner.
*Interview and screen potential candidates to ensure they meet employment and position qualifications.
*Record and communicate recruiting updates and metrics to hiring managers and various stakeholders.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
*At least 3-5 years of recent recruiting experience.
*Advertising/Creative Services recruiting experience required
*Excellent verbal and communication skills.
*Process and detail oriented.
*High energy, positive attitude.
*Ability to work in a team environment.
*Ability to multi-task effectively.
Compensation
*Project Based role with compensation based on a flat fee
