Direct Promotionals, a company specializing in promotional giveaway products, needs a customer service rep for a very small RTP office.
A very easy going office atmosphere, but the work is mentally challenging.
The ideal rep will be a problem solving, quick learning, multi-tasking, people person. Our next employee will be getting in on a ground level
opportunity with a great chance to grow as we grow! We want an ideas person, someone who can come in and make a difference in this business.
A strong work ethic is very important to us. If you are the type of employee who calls out a lot, comes in late daily, or needs to take it easy at work

Responsibilities include
Answering the phone

Help the customer process orders
