Orange County Advertising Agency is looking for a full-time receptionist. The receptionist will be the face of our agency. The right candidate will be reliable, personable, out-going and ready to take on any task asked of them.

Receptionist / Office Assistant Position Duties include:

Administrative support in all office departments

- Account Services

- Accounting

- Creative

- Management

- Production

Answering Phones, Greeting Clients, Mail, Organizing office, Coordinating all office operations with direction from Controller, Office Inventory, Social Media: Facebook & Twitter with direction from Account Executive staff, Office Errands (Client drop offs/pick ups, Office Supplies, etc.), Customer Service (First point of contact with clients and vendors), Data Entry,

Creating job files and Filing.

Candidate must posses the following skills:

At least 1 year experience as a receptionist/office admin a must

High school diploma or equivalent a must

College course work, degree in related field very desirable

Experience is social media; Facebook, twitter a must

Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint a must

Mac Platform experience preferred

Able to communicate verbally and written is a professional manner

Ability to muli-task with great organization skills

Reliable transportation
