Job Description
Surprise Me! Network is seeking sales professionals that are driven and passionate about helping businesses and consumers in your local area and that can follow our sales methodology to drive new business and add merchants to our network. We are currently launching in the top 275 markets in the US and need focused sales professionals that can understand simple concepts regarding viral and social marketing and believe that mobile advertising is the way of the future. This individual will lead his/her own account planning process. Therefore, they must possess the skills to gain an understanding of the customer's business objectives in order to map a strategy as a solution to those business objectives. This role is a commission only role with no cap to the commission structure and acts very similar to an annuity based sale.
Responsibilities:
Own client acquisition, growth & retention of business in local market
Identify & document entire account opportunity (Company, subsidiaries, sites, sub domains, partnerships, etc.)
Identify key business drivers, pre-existing vendor relationship, agencies Involved, & more.
Provide accurate forecasting on status of business plan, achievements completed, challenges encountered,
Preferred Experience
Prior Sales Experience is preferred by not required

Superior oral and written communication skills
