The Search Advertising Analyst is responsible for implementing Pay Per Click media strategies for clients. The Search Analyst can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:

- Perform daily account management of pay per click accounts on the Google AdWords search platform for up to 35 of clients.

- Utilize the Marin Search Marketer Software to maintain and monitor keyword bid optimization, track conversions, maintain daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.

- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.

- Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.

- Generate and analyze weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, conversion tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives to increase ROI and drive incremental volume

- Keep pace with search engine and PPC automotive industry trends and developments.

- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and provides detailed analysis of key metrics and optimization recommendations to meet client goals.

- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across accounts.

- Create, Implement, Track, and Analyze paid search campaigns, working closely with Senior Management on project development, timelines, and results.

- Work closely with the Client Account Executives to ensure coordinated incentive/promotional messages across multiple channels.

Qualifications Required:

- Bachelors' in Marketing, Business, Finance, other related field, or equivalent experience.

- 1+ years marketing experience including pay-per-click advertising

- Strong ad copy writing and quantitative skills required to analyze and optimize campaign performance

- Ability to work cross-functionally with client services team to ensure coordinated messaging and maximize performance

- Must be results driven, have an obsessive attention to detail, and be a team player.

- Experience in local advertising or the automotive vertical desired.
