ROUSH CleanTech, our alternative-fuel-powered vehicle products division, has an immediate need for a Service Engineer Intern who will be responsible for supporting the field service organization. This person will work with the Service Operations Manager, Field Service Engineer, and Warranty Representative to support the Roush CleanTech service network.
Position is located in Plymouth, Michigan.

Responsibilities:
Assist with development and/or validation of diagnostic and repair procedures
Provide technical support via email and/or telephone
Assist with development of technical training
Assist with development of special service tools
Requirements:
Must be currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's degree (minimum Sophomore standing)
Ability to work 40 hours/week
Computer literate, with strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Strong customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Automotive Technology / Automotive Management degree seeking student preferred
