Title: Intern

Department: Recruiting

Status: Full-time Internship (40 hour week)

Reports To: Sr. Recruiting Coordinator

Summary:

Under direct supervision and guidance, the Recruiting Intern will be responsible for a variety of tasks in support of the studio's staffing efforts, including heavy data entry and administrative support.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Update & maintain external candidate database

Schedule interviews & wrangle interview participants

Copy and file visa related documents

Generate and track online job postings

Utilizing standardized templates, prepare offer letter documents

Assist Sr. Coordinator in generating Recruiting reports

Prepare purchase requisitions and research travel arrangements

Record and compose meeting minutes

Other administrative and recruiting related tasks and projects as needed

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

Strong desire to forge career in Recruitment or Human Resources within Entertainment industry

Recent graduate from an accredited college or university program with degree in Film, Human Resources or related field strongly preferred

Experience working in entertainment industry is a plus

Knowledge of visual effects processes and industry is also a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs; FileMaker Pro expertise a plus

Exceptional proficiency with typing and data entry

Must be savvy at searching and navigating the Internet

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize to ensure that all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner

Must be flexible -- with an ability to work well in a high pressure environment where needs and priorities are subject to much revision

Must be detail oriented and highly organized
