adameve.com the leading adult products and entertainment website, is currently seeking a director for its internet marketing division. This exciting position requires a proven track record of e-commerce success. This individual will create, lead and execute the online marketing strategy for adameve.com

This position requires creativity, initiative, strong analytics and ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Must haves include a proven track record in integrating offline/online sales channels, increasing revenues and new customer acquisitions. Additional requirements include:

Planning- Ability to establish clear objectives and provide vision for the overall customer experience. Ensure best practices are integrated.

Leadership- Establish priorities and develop growth programs for staff. Develop relationships with cross-functional groups within company.

Execution- Lead day to day execution for marketing programs. Continuously improve online and offline efforts.

Drive- Create tactical execution plans, including testing strategies to improve program performance.

Cross-Functional Coordination- Build effective working relationships with marketing, in merchandising and IT to integrate marketing plans across offline and online channels.

Communication- Provide ongoing updates of direct marketing program performance using response rate, sales and ROI measures for control and test scenarios.

This senior management level position is responsible for the strategic planning, execution and analysis of affiliate programs, paid and natural search engine optimization, online advertising buys and other web-based marketing programs.

In addition to a marketing (or related) degree, the ideal candidate will have 5 years of e-commerce experience, preferably with 3+ years in a direct-response, multi-channel retail setting. Ideal candidates will also have knowledge and experience with the online adult market and familiarity with web design and programming. However, this is not a technical position.
