At PBLCTY (an Entertainment & Celebrity Media Start-up, with Alpha launch schedule for November 1, 2011), you'll execute real tasks and responsibilities. No coffee runs and copying.

Internship opportunities include:

- Event, Social Media Management and PR executions

RESPONSIBILITIES CAN INCLUDE ALL OF OR FACETS OF THE FOLLOWING THAT BEST FIT YOUR SKILL SET:

Celebrity Event Attendance (up to 5 per week):

- Attend and capture content at assigned events (photography, video & audio)

Post-Celebrity Event Attendance (at home or in-office):

- Upload captured content to site

In-Office (up to 10 hours / week with hours / days based upon your scheduling availability):

- Participate in meetings, contribute ideas / plans and implement approved ideas / plans to the evolving and improving PBLCTY PR, Social Media & Event strategies

- Edit your and other user uploaded content

- Explore and suggest PBLCTY event attendance calendar (NYC and beyond), which are not limited to: Red Carpet, PR, Product / Press Launches, Charity Events, Premieres, Games, Concerts, Shows, Exhibits, Fashion Shows & Openings NOTE: Approved event attendance fees will be paid by Company

- Research and generate list of high trafficked Celebrity venues (NYC and beyond)

- Attend meetings with potential Event, Event Production, etc. strategic partners

- Investigate and suggest potential PBLCTY-owned events then, if approved, assist with vendor / venue research and securing, strategic / sponsor partner acquisition, live and social media promotion, ticket sales, onsite production, budgeting, etc.

- Research and suggest Company visibility and branding opportunities

- Promote PBLCTY thru your social network, track results and growth

- Create and upkeep PBLCTY Social Media accounts (within approved execution parameters)

- Research, discover, present options then contact approved influencers

- Develop and update a relevant Celebrity / Entertainment blogger and media list

- Contact, generate rapport and site participation with approved bloggers and media

- Approach, follow-up and secure press credentials for Celebrity event attendance

- Assist with follow-up on media requests

- Draft short and long-lead press releases
