We are a premiere Corporate Entertainment Marketing and PR Agency who produces several franchise events surrounding key Award Shows, Film Festivals, and Sporting Events around the Country. Our events generate millions of key media impressions in the most respected global publications and attract key celebrities and brands. Our company is focused on developing and delivering ground breaking events which align top corporate brands with high profile celebrities with the intention of developing and facilitating future business relationships. As an Agency we provide our clients full event production, marketing, public relations and celebrity outreach.
We are looking for motivated individuals with strong interest in the Entertainment, PR, Marketing, and Special Events.
Applicants MUST:
- work well in a team setting
- work well under pressure
- be open to travel
- be able to work on weekends
- have people skill
- deal with strict deadlines
The internships include the following:
- Assisting the coordination of large scale Celebrity Events
- Assisting the coordination of Publicity campaigns
- Assisting the coordination of Marketing campaigns
- Assisting in creating marketing decks and proposals for clients
- Servicing photos to various media outlets
- Assembling and mailing invitations and other necessary packages and sensitive material
- Research and data capture
Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Power Point, have a valid drivers license, and reliable transportation. Good computer skills, specifically Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are a plus.
