A PR firm, located in Union Square, is looking for a self-starter interested in developing a career in public relations, branding and marketing with a focus on the entertainment industry. You will be able to learn from a seasoned group of seasoned PR professionals at a rapidly growing company.
Intern Requirements:
- Able to start immediately and work 2-3 days a week for a minimum of 3-month period
- Capable of working in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Assist in writing pitches, updating media lists/client contact sheets, and assisting the account directors on a daily basis, working media events and more
- Must have writing experience, interest/major in PR and media
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Work well with a small group of executives
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Graphic design and Photoshop skills are a plus
- Must have working knowledge of the social media sites
