We are currently seeking a Revenue/Financial Analyst for a seasonal hourly internship role with ARAMARK at Minute Maid Park. The position will begin immediately through the beginning of October.

BASIC FUNCTION:

Assist accounting department with all revenue reconciliation, sales projections, sales reporting, bank reconciliation and other ad hoc analysis as required to support timely and accurate operational reporting.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

Work along side the A/R, A/P and Event Center managers to ensure all sales driven revenue is reconciled and reported accurately in a timely manner.

Assist operations managers with cash/credit variances and reconcile all sales with Event Center Manager.

Prepare vendor statements to ensure accurate and timely payment in accordance with current commission agreements.

Reconcile all cash/credit received against bank statements to ensure throughput of all funds received and reported.

Ability to analyze trends and discrepancies in reported sales.

Ability to investigate discrepancies in cash/credit reported sales, commission statements, client issues, and source appropriate remedies.

Be willing to assist A/R, A/P, Event Center and Assistant Controller with any ad hoc projects, reports or presentations.

Assist with reporting month end close figures and midmonth projections to corporate office.

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general computer applications.

Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and business financials in accordance with GAAP is a must.
