Do you know Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook like the back of your hand? Do you constantly "check-in" to everywhere you visit,and you just a tiny bit obsessive about monitoring Reddit and refreshing for StumbleUpon for fresh new content? Can you predict what the next big social media outlets and trends will be? And do you have the ability to not just keep a blog current, but keep it interesting?
We're in need of a highly motivated,detail-oriented recent grad with an expansive knowledge of--and passion for--the ever-changing social media spectrum. Moreover, we need someone who can really write--140 characters is great, but you must have solid long-form skills, too.
This position will be very hands-on, providing support for a health and entertainment website-- so a passion for fitness/health and celebrities is a plus. You will help develop social media strategies, closely monitor online conversations, participate in brainstorming sessions and immerse yourself in social technologies, trends and platforms. You need to have an understanding of various social media monitoring tools and web analytics as well as the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.

Desired Skills & Experience
Getting a bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, web development, communications, English or related subjects.
Demonstrable creativity and knowledge of social media platforms and internet in general
Understanding and passion for health/fitness/celebrities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Mac computers
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Must be highly organized with ability to juggle several projects at once
Professional, mature and ambitious
Must have passion for technology/media/advertising
