We are a fast growing online B2B high tech services company seeking extremely gifted individuals to help take the company to the next level. Responsibilities:

Creation & distribution of Email Marketing via Constant Contact/Mail Chimp

Creating & writing 'inviting' promotions & business profiles

Proactive customer service via phone and email

Orientation of new clients via phone appointments

Web content management: writing & editing for the web site; blog; articles

Reactive to calls from clients re: service and questions

Direct administrative support to execs as needed

Event planning and execution

General Office management

Qualifications:

Outstanding written and verbal communications skills required; copywriting & editing

Strong interpersonal skills essential; passion for satisfying customers

Experience with e-marketing software (Constant Contact/ Mail Chimp)

Technical aptitude; worked with social media (facebook; twitter; LinkedIn; You tube; SEO keyword search)

Good work ethic; high energy

Detailed oriented; organized

Experience (Outlook; Word; Excel; Power Point; Word Press; others a bonus)

Typing of 60 wpm

Sense of urgency and ability to go the extra mile when needed

Self-starter with ability to take direction; work independently and GET RESULTS

Proficient with Google applications/services

Must have appropriate laptop; M/S Office; broadband internet connection; and reliable/quality voice communications to work at home

Bonus skills:

Aware of trends and developments in the Social Media space

This is a part-time position of approximately 20 - 30 hours per week to start.
