Administrative Assistant/Benefits-DOE

**Must have Large firm Experience...at least two years experience.**

* Provide administrative support to Director of Benefits and benefits team including, but not limited to, document production, email correspondence, travel planning, event and meeting planning, calendar management.

* Perform miscellaneous administrative requests and/or projects as assigned.

* Possess strong knowledge of Firm policies and communicate to staff as required

* Analyze data. Generate metrics reports. Create Power Point presentations.

* Interact with attorneys, senior management and internal staff in a professional and courteous manner.

* Demonstrate professional phone etiquette; ensure messages are delivered promptly and accurately.

* Set up and maintain benefits files.

* Enter beneficiary and other data into, and generate reports in, PeopleSoft system

* Assist the benefits team with special projects and during open enrollment.

* Prepare new hire benefit packets.

* Requires minimum of 2 year's experience working in a corporate benefits department * Excellent PC skills to include Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook HRIS experience helpful.

* Must have ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in regards to all personnel information
