Clarins, a leading European skincare and luxury fragrance company is seeking an Aesthetician / Spa Coordinator to represent the Clarins brand by planning and executing events to drive retail and treatment sales. The Aesthetician / Spa Coordinator will increase Skin Care Specialist and Aesthetician productivity by coaching, motivating and utilizing sales & marketing tools provided to drive the Skin Spa Room business. Must have a California Aesthetician license and a reliable vehicle!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Execute weekly Skin Spa Events and promotions from the menu of events provided -- generating $500 per day, attract 10 new customers per day

Provide Aesthetician cover -- vacation, sickness, extra head count for promotions i.e. Spa Week, Holiday season etc

Lead and sell by example with a focus on:

Promoting and selling the Skin Spa Room Facial Treatment service.

Promoting Discovery Facial treatments to recruit new customers

Selling Series to build customer retention

Consultations and the use of Beauty Prescription System

Link-Selling techniques to sell Professional Facial Treatments.

Red Massage Chair services to recruit new Skin Spa customers

Utilizing the Skin Spa Loyalty program -- Time For Me to build retail sales and recruit new Skin Spa customers

Client Recall - practice phone follow-up for relationship building and replenishment

Communicate with relevant Clarins personnel in sales and education and store management of daily event plans and results. Host briefing and debriefing sessions with counter team

Be flexible and attend and support any Skin Spa events where and when needed

Ensure in-store visual presentation at counter and the Skin Spa Room in adherence with company and event merchandising standards

Experience / Skill Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a valid California Aesthetician License and a proven track record of cosmetic sales successes and goal achievement. Must portray a professional attitude and follow Clarins image guidelines. Incumbent will show proficiency in MS Office and all general computer skills and excellent organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills. This position requires the ability to work independently and as a team player. To be considered, you must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle!
