Job Description:

* Answering Phones / Office Filing

* Client Contact - Comfortable both with phone & email correspondence

* Handling of Client Paperwork & Files - Engagement letters, Client Information Forms, Power of Attorney

* Preparation of Client Invoices

* Scheduling of Appointments

* Tracking and Entering Billable Activity

* Assemble Completed Tax Returns for Submission as well as client copies.

* Track Tax Returns & IRS and FTB Projects

* Run Out-Of-Office Errands as necessary - Bank, Post Office, etc.

* Office Event Planning

* Open and Closing of Office

Skills:

* Exceptional Writing Skills

* Experienced in Microsoft Word

* Proficient in QuickBooks - Payables & Receivables

Law Office experience a plus!
