Leading global Private Equity Firm is seeking a bilingual French Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant. This is a newly created position that will work collaboratively alongside a team of assistants to support the Chairman. You will handle everything from interacting with VIP overseas contacts to overseeing large scale event planning to running personal errands as needed. The time demands can be challenging, so to thrive in this position you need strong judgment, great attention to detail, and a proactive work style.

Requirements:

4-8 years of experience in an administrative role, finance background preferred

Must be fluent in English and French, both written and oral

Able to travel alongside the Chairman internationally 3 -4 months out of the year

Experienced coordinating travel, scheduling meetings, expenses, research, ad hoc projects

Poised under pressure, and a well-spoken and polished demeanor to act as ambassador on Chairman's behalf

Positive, professional attitude and flexible to work as part of a fast-moving team

Able to work overtime as needed and 24/7 Blackberry availability
