MAIN DUTIES (Include but not limited to):

Provide customers with complete professional event planning services

Help and guide customers throughout the planning process and execution of their special event

Build relationships with customers by providing excellent service and beautiful events

Proficient in computer skills

Excellent organizational skills

Available to work occasional nights and weekends

Hold weekly meeting with Catering Director/Manager and Executive Chef to ensure events are organized the way customer would like

Communicate daily with Catering Director/Manager

Prepare accurate monthly projections sales to be submitted to Catering Director/Manager

Ensure accurate billing is completed by Wednesday

Keep office organized and clean at all times

Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in policy book and health and safety manual

Ensure all event sheets are filled out completely, changes to events are communicated and documented in a timely manner

Ensure all events are confirmed

When business is slow in the catering department, will be expected to work other locations

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Some periods of standing and walking

Must be able to lift 40 pounds

Limited exposure to chemicals
