CATERING SALES MANAGER

Our company provides full service off-premise catering event planning and management for corporate meetings, business luncheons and breakfasts, galas, fundraisers, weddings, receptions, social events, and more...

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for leading and directing the corporate and special event sales efforts.

Catering Sales Manager responsibilities include:

generating new and on-going business

meeting and/or exceeding weekly prospecting and catering sales activity goals

leading, directing and participating in the sales negotiation process

creating/enhancing menus for clients, in partnership with the Executive Chef

implementing and reviewing weekly/monthly sales reports, for submission to the company President

creating appropriate sales collateral and tools for the sales department

reviewing all catered event orders

supervising the execution of all events, which may include working on weekends, evenings or holidays

directing the sales team and ensuring corporate goals and objectives are met

directing the customer service team and ensuring exceptional customer service
