Position Summary:

LesConcierges is the leading service provider of integrated travel and concierges services. We are seeking talented corporate concierges with experience dealing with global high-end clients to provide phone service to our client members from our Tele-Center in San Francisco. The Corporate Concierge will focus on providing exceptional, high-touch service assisting customers who call in for; travel arrangements, dining, event planning, research, personal services and beyond. The ideal candidate embraces change, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience providing high level customer service by phone and email.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Corporate Concierge will strive to meet or exceed client objectives of utilization, brand recognition, and customer loyalty. Leverages LesConcierges networks and expertise to the benefit of the customer. Exceeds the expectations of the clients by creating and building experiences that leverage direct/personal knowledge of the client's personality and desires.

The corporate concierge also researches, recommends, and fulfills on customer requirements.

Provide Program Benefit Support, delivering on the client value proposition; process redemptions and statement credits.

Develop personal and diverse relationships within the travel, dining, luxury goods, and services industries.

Sharing insight/feedback received through interactions with the client members to the Manager.

Primary delivery channels are phone, email, and web requests.

Qualifications:

3 years concierge, hospitality, travel, hotel, or luxury retail experience with an emphasis on international luxury and hospitality brands.

MUST have the availability to work a flexible schedule throughout the day starting shifts as early as 5am or shifts ending as late as 11pm.

Experience working with and servicing executive clients on a global and international basis.

Have an exemplary history of high performance, service quality standards, and delivery.

Strong relationship and people skills are a must.

Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Ability to seamlessly handle multiple requests via incoming phone calls and emails.

Possess an exemplary positive attitude; is passionate about offering unparalleled customer service and excels in maintaining excellent associate relations

Proven excellent phone manner and written communication style.

Expertise in MS Office, email applications, and Internet browsers

Excellent organizational skills

Additional Desired Skills:

Bi-lingual preferred and Multi-lingual is a plus. (Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, Arabic, French, and Italian)
