Corporate Receptionist/ Recruiting Assistant (Boston)

We have an open position within our international financial consulting firm. This position will be the first point of contact for clients and guests and also help provide support for several functions in the company, including recruiting, event planning, and accounting.

The position is primarily responsible for greeting and directing visitors at our state of the art facility while maintaining a high level of customer service within the reception area. Provide administrative support for the HR leadership team and General Manager's office. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 6:00PM. The position will be paid hourly and eligible for over-time

Responsibilities:

Greets visitors, manages overnight delivery packages from courier services, coordinates mail package deliveries in-house

Manages the switchboard console, answers calls, directs callers, provides assistance and takes concise telephone messages

Provides administrative support for the Executive Director, Human Resources Manager and General Manager's office.

Coordinates company functions, reservations and maintains conference room schedules.

Coordinates job applications r prospective employees.

Maintains the inventory for office supplies and processes a weekly order.

Maintains reports, organizational chart, contracts and cancellations, office telephone extension list and office calendar of events, files.

Assists other employees with special tasks that may arise from time to time, as directed.

Event planning coordination for the office

Qualifications:

Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Power Point a must

Must be reliable, organized and possess multi-tasking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
