We seek Set Managers who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, like to be challenged, and value the opportunity to make a difference.

As a successful Set Manager, you will:

Drive performance to exceed overall sales goals

Oversee day-to-day planning and coordination of operations, sales and events.

Hire, train, and manage all location employees (typically, a team of 6-10 associates).

Motivate, manage and lead your team to reach and exceed performance goals.

Develop and maintain client and customer relationships.

Requirements:

Retail/restaurant management experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred), and/or . . .

Associates Degree or equivalent 2 year College or Technical School preferred, and . . .

Demonstrate successful experience managing and driving sales (2-4 years preferred)

Strong communication skills

The ability to devote a 'full time' effort for a limited period of time (up to 6 weeks)
