Entertainment booking agents assist buyers in securing live entertainment for a variety of social, business, school and group events. Working independently and in teams, entertainment agents help buyers contract with independent musicians and other artistic performers. Successful entertainment booking agents are well networked within their buyer and artist communities and often become entertainment agents following careers in music, event planning and event support.
