Position:

Event Planner / Restaurant Manager

Overall Responsibility:

Sell & plan business and social events for restaurants private dining rooms.

Dining room management & management of daily business operations.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Respond to all event inquiries in a prompt, professional & engaging manner

Timely follow-up on all stages of the event planning & sales process

Execution of all aspects of sales process from inquiry to contract to event details

Build and manage relationships with local businesses & community

Communication with store-level management & kitchen staff on the execution of events

Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise

Ensure total customer satisfaction, quality of serivce, food & beverage

Ensure financial objections are being achieved

Assist in overseeing all hourly personnel (FOH & BOH) as delegated. This may include: hiring, training, development, evaluation, discipline, scheduling

Ensure the sanitation of the facility

Provide a positive and motivating work environment

Provide a friendly and inviting customer dining environment

Strive to improve the quality and value of the customer's dining experience

Uphold and follow the policies and standards of the company

Must maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate evening & weekend client meetings and events
