Wilson Rental is a leading provider of services for the special event industry.
We are now taking applications for Tent Crew Leaders. Must be able to lead a crew in the installation of tents, delivering party rental items, and loading and unloading of trucks. Must be able to lift tent bags, tables, and chairs etc.
Prior tent experience is extremely desirable. Strong leadership skills a must. Ability to self start and have excellent customer service skills. Flexible with scheduling a must. Weekend work and off hour are common. Bilingual is a plus

General Responsibilities
Conducting site visits as needed to measure area and identify obstacles to delivery or setup.
Safely and properly assembles tents per manufacturer and company safety policies and procedures.
Ensures that tent crew follows same safety and assembly instructions
Report safety violations to the Tenting Foreman.
Responsible for the oversight of members on the tent crew.
Able to understand and organize problems and then solve them effectively
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations in written or verbal form
Enforce government safety requirements and other regulations.
Perform other duties as requested
