Face It Clothing Boutique is looking to fill a full time position as a Operations Manager with Retail Sales & Customer Service Experience.

Current Hours of Operation:

Tuesday-Thursday 11:00am-6:00pm

Friday-Saturday 11:00-7:00

Position Summary:

Must consistently be self motivated , have a high level of work ethic, and a positive attitude. Must have Computer skills and social media experience. Must be very comfortable with Facebook, Twitter and Marketing ideas for events and gaining new customers. Maintain a high level of customer service to the boutique shoppers and our salon and spa guests. Obtain organizational skills, effective decision making skills, and effective communication (both oral and written) skills. Ability to multi-task. Customer relations, personal styling, maintaining facility cleanliness, inventory, pricing, displaying of clothing, accessories, and salon products.

Essential Functions

-Customer Service & Sales.

-Social Media Facebooking, Tweeting, Marketing & Event Planning

-Fully understands and correctly implements all aspects of the Clothing Boutique.

-Thoroughly open and close Boutique.

-Assist shoppers with excellent customer service, purchases, inquiries, tours , product and clothing sales.

-Keeping accurate and proper tracking of all necessary paperwork and documents.

-Understand and obtain Knowledge about our services, products and boutique collections.
