Every shot sold feeds a hungry child through the UNWFP. We are partly owned by 50 Cent, the musician-turned-mogul who was behind the success of VitaminWater.
Street King needs kick-ass Field Marketing Manager in the Miami area, with Regional Marketing responsibilities, to add to its fast-growing team.

The Field Marketing Manager will play an influential role within the Street King Marketing Team in the field to drive brand awareness through sampling and events. This position entails responsibility for executing national and regional strategies at the local level and helping to develop programs that will ultimately achieve Street King's annual marketing & sales goals and above all, get Street King energy shots into the hands and mouths of consumers. The Local Field Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Field Marketing.
Primary Responsibilities for the Field Marketing Manager include:
Manage sampling and field marketing activity in a local market
Accountability; including budget, expenses, product and asset inventory
Understand the ins and outs of the local market and have a substantial network to call on to promote the Street King brand
Provide insight and direction to develop the best field marketing solutions to promote and build the Street King brand
Work closely with the Director of Field Marketing and local partners to establish and implement successful marketing programs, campaigns and material to drive off-take
Regularly interface with the DSD partner and sales teams in the local markets as well as the chains to coordinate in-store sampling and to ensure that local field marketing activities align with local distribution and sales initiatives. This includes retail tie-ins, leveraging events and sales incentive programs.
Support, train and manage Street King's Team Leads and Brand Ambassadors for the following initiatives:
Event activation
Time-targeted sampling activities and events
Sports and active lifestyle partnerships
Retail programs
Product placement and seeding
Local PR (all PR initiatives must be approved by the Director of Field Marketing)
Social media integrations
The ideal candidate lives the Street King brand's lifestyle and has a passion for social responsibility in everything he or she does. The perfect candidate must be professional and enthusiastic with a strong drive for results, is detail oriented and meticulously organized. He/she must be outgoing and energetic as well as possess strong decision making and analytical skills. Similarly, effective written and verbal communication skills, the ability to think strategically and creatively, the ability to multi-task and a willingness to roll up his/her sleeves are pivotal to the success of the Field Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
BS or BA in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related major
2+ years of field marketing and/or brand marketing experience ?involving management and budget accountability, ideally with a ?beverage company
Based in the local market
Willingness to travel -- this position is approx. 50% travel (regionally)
Willingness to have a flexible work schedule, including early mornings, nights and weekends
Prior experience within the energy category and/or beverage industry
Extensive experience managing direct reports
Creative problem-solver and strategic thinker who brings passion, enthusiasm and fresh? ideas
Proven track record of being organized, dependable and self-motivated
Able to work independently and have the capacity to deal with a wide range of individuals
Strong experience with retail programs, sales incentives, distributor relations and tying in? retail promotions with marketing events
Experience and history of success with project management, event planning and sponsorship management
Strong computer skills -- Experience with Microsoft Office, Facebook & Twitter as well as various "apps" on iPhone and Droid
A clean driving record
Be able to lift 30+ pounds
Fluency in Spanish a plus
