Part Time Account Manager

Attack! is looking for a friendly and motivated Account Manager to join our team on a Part Time basis. If you are seeking a fun, flexible, high-energy, and challenging work environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

*Manage and maintain relationships with clients

*Collaborate with the account team, project managers, and contractors

*Screen talent: Interview, contract, and manage staff for nationwide programs & events

*Event planning, scheduling, and logistics management for nationwide programs & events

*Masterfully employ Attack!'s proprietary staff management technology - PeopleTracker

*Manage the project reporting process from start to finish: establish objectives, set deadlines, keep a master schedule, collect copy & photos, obtain clients' approval, edit & post final reports

*Maintain daily communication with Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York branches

Requirements

*2+ years agency experience preferred

*Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred

*Experience as a team and project leader

*Familiarity with the experiential/event marketing industry

*Excellent grammar, along with strong written and verbal communication skills

*Organization, resourcefulness, and attention to detail

*Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize

*To be proactive, self-disciplined, and obsessed with seeing tasks through to completion

*Proficiency in MS Office, e-mail, and web navigation

*Serious research skills

*Flexible availability, including weekends

*A good attitude and a friendly disposition

*EXCEPTIONAL ping pong skills are a bonus
