Arlington Rooftop Bar & Grill is looking for a Part-time Front of the House manager to oversee all aspects of the business. Arlington Rooftop is a new and upcoming establishment in the heart of downtown Arlington. We strive to be an upscale sports bar while providing excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a new company run by restaurant owners with over 20 years of industry experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Ability to train and hire new employees
Provide excellent customer service while helping all FOH staff members
Willingness to work as a team player to help grow business at all times
Working knowledge of MICROS and MS Word/Excel
Goal-oriented and leads by example
Able to control and take FOH inventory weekly
Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
Education: 4-yr Bachelors degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred. Years of experience may be substituted for education.
Requirements:
Must be able to work Thursday - Sunday evenings along with some day shifts.
Applicants must have prior restaurant management experience and a proven track record of successful performance in the hospitality industry. As a large establishment we host multiple private parties, therefore having event planning experience is a plus.
