Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities

* Manage all online marketing, including drafting, creating and deploying email communications and maintaining website content and promotions

* Routinely analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information to determine new marketing opportunities

* Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products

* Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results

* Liaise with product team, VP of sales and field sales representatives

* Manage the strategic planning, logistics, and budget for conferences and events within K12, including all regional and national educational tradeshows and special events

* Track, analyze, and report ROI for each event, using discretionary decision-making to maximize the impact on the business (e.g. strategically determine sponsorships, booth placement, and type of event based on business trends and ROI)

Education and Experience

* Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification

* 3+ years experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies

* Basic knowledge of html a strong plus

* Fluency with Microsoft Excel required

* Experience with SalesForce or other relevant database application a strong plus

* Relevant product and industry knowledge a strong plus

* Travel may be required (up to 15%)
