Join the team at StuartCo, a 2011 MN Top 100 Workplace and at Genesee, our BRAND NEW 234-unit apartment and townhome community currently under construction near the intersection of American Blvd. and Penn Av. in Bloomington! We seek an individual with proven sales/marketing abilities, strong customer service skills, outreach capabilities, and 3+ years multi housing industry experience to be an integral part of the site and corporate office lease-up team. If you have a background of 3+ years in leasing at a Class A market rate property (preferably new construction/lease-up) and possess terrific sales & marketing skills, you are our ideal candidate! We are looking for someone who is high-energy upbeat, and able to sell prospective clients on the benefits of living at Genesee. Both on-site leasing and off-site marketing are within the scope of duties, as well as event planning, community outreach, social media networking, and analytic traffic reporting.

This is a full time, 40 hour per week position with a schedule that will fluctuate slightly throughout the lease-up period, including some weekends. We offer a solid hourly base rate, great leasing commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical & dental insurance, generous PTO, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, and much more. Proven marketing/sales skills and outreach abilities are required, as are exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multi-task. Basic computer and office skills are helpful.
