Fast-paced hospital marketing and strategy firm with over 20 years of success is seeking a Marketing/Administrative Assistant who has experience working in healthcare. The ideal candidate will be skilled at multitasking and very detail oriented. Candidates for consideration will possess exceptional grammar and proofreading skills and must be able to develop copy for collateral and press material. A bonus will be a candidate with experience in graphic design. The position offers opportunity for growth for the right person.
This full time position also involves managing and implementing a wide-variety of administrative tasks of a small business -- answering phones, ordering supplies, vendor sourcing, invoice tracking -- while also assisting with client marketing activities including scheduling and travel coordination, event coordination, tracking and posting website and social media updates for clients and more. Periodic travel will be required. Must be able to work independently and be self-directed, punctual and professional. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or English
Required Skill Sets:
Advance skills in standard PC based business systems including the full Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent vocabulary, grammar and proofreading skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and strict production goals.
Must be task-oriented and deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in a healthcare environment or with healthcare terminology.
Graphic Design -- Website maintenance experience a plus!
Must be detail oriented.
