Based in Centennial, our 30-person team of expert technology consultants and operations staff works with over 300 clients throughout Colorado and beyond.

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist produces and delivers marketing programs in support of strategic corporate initiatives through a wide range of external and internal communication projects including campaigns, sales communication, collateral, promotions, advertising, online marketing and direct mail.

Job Duties:

o Facilitate sales and marketing alignment on messaging, go-to-market strategy, process/ planning, lead and opportunity management

o Conduct research on current IT topics, industry trends, and product developments

o Conduct competitive research and analysis to maximize differentiation and messaging

o Collect and publish customer feedback through surveys, testimonials and case studies

o Design and produce marketing materials and promotional items (direct mail, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, website elements, signage, and apparel)

o Manage online advertising and analytics using Google AdWords and Google Analytics

o Implement and manage email marketing campaigns using Silverpop or similar email marketing solution

o Optimize design, content, layout, list segmentation, email deployment, and scheduling of email campaigns

o Utilize marketing best practices and trends as applied to growing lists, campaigns, compliance performance, contact strategy, analyzing data and ensuring deliverables

o Manage internal email platform and CRM integration for Silverpop/SalesForce.com

o Deliver end-to-end management of B2B marketing events targeting C-level executives, business and technical decision makers. Activities include all aspects of event management and production: design, audio-visual, vendor management, logistics, invitations, sponsorships, registration, promotions, post-event follow-up, and reporting

o Partner with sales and engineering team to produce relevant and timely content for programs such as webinars, users groups, thought leadership and customer engagement

o Write and maintain copy for company website in support of content marketing and implement SEO strategies via external blogs and social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)

o Manage all website operations, postings, content compilation, images, information and uploads using WordPress platform

o Manage and edit blog postings, social media posts, corporate newsletters and content marketing strategies to support SEO efforts and engagement

Requirements

o Proficiency with graphic design software, web design and CMS tools, CRM applications, email marketing solutions, and content management systems (Adobe CS5, WordPress CMS, Microsoft Expression, Salesforce.com, Silverpop and Microsoft products)

o B.S. /B.A. in marketing, mass communications, business, or related discipline. Commensurate experience and certifications will be considered

o Recent business-to-business marketing experience; technology industry or professional services experience is a plus

o 2-4 years marketing operations experience with specific experience in lead generation, managing the "marketing funnel", and lead management

o Exceptional communication, writing and editing skills; candidates will be expected to supply examples of past work

o Ability to see "the big picture" and quickly grasp products and services to develop effective messaging

o Highly adaptable with good problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiating skills

o Results and detail oriented; able to work independently with minimal guidance

o Superior planning, project management, organizational and follow-up skills; detail oriented
